Return, Refund & Replacement Policy KRS Farms
At KRS Farms, we take utmost care in harvesting, packing, and delivering our mangoes. As a natural product, minor variations in appearance and ripeness are expected.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement / Refund
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- If 30%-50% of the mangoes in your box are spoiled or damaged, you qualify for:
- Free replacement
- If more than 50% of the mangoes are damaged or spoiled:
- You are eligible for replacement, or refund
2. Proof Requirement
To process any request, you must:
- Share clear photos and/or videos of the mangoes
- Show the entire box and damaged pieces clearly
- Submit proof within 24 hours of delivery
Without valid proof, requests will not be accepted.
3. Replacement Policy
- Only one replacement per order is allowed
- Replacement will be shipped based on availability (batch-based harvest)
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if more than 50% of mangoes are damaged
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
5. Returns
- Returns are accepted only if approved by our team

- Mangoes are a natural, seasonal product — slight softness, spots, or ripening variations are normal
- Delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions are not eligible for refunds
- Orders once delivered cannot be cancelled
