At KRS Farms, we deliver farm-fresh mangoes directly from our orchards to your doorstep. Since our produce is harvested in batches, our shipping process is slightly different from regular e-commerce.

- All orders are fulfilled in batches based on harvest cycles
- Your order will be assigned to a specific batch after purchase
- Dispatch timelines depend on:
  - Fruit ripeness  
  - Harvest readiness  
  - Weather conditions  

We prioritize quality over speed to ensure you receive the best produce.

2. Order Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 days
- Dispatch may take additional time depending on your assigned batch

Customers will receive updates via WhatsApp or email regarding dispatch.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

- Bangalore: 1–2 business days  
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days  
- Rest of India: 3–6 business days  

These are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders or minimum order values, as specified on the website.

 5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive tracking details  
- Delivery is handled by the courier partner  

6. Delays

Delays may occur due to:

- High demand during peak harvest  
- Courier/logistics issues  

KRS Farms is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, but we will always assist in tracking and updates.

 7. Delivery Attempts

- Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address  
- Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may result in order cancellation without refund

8. Incorrect Address

- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate  
- KRS Farms is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

 9. Damaged or Spoiled Deliveries

- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility

- Mangoes are perishable and sensitive to transit conditions  
- Slight variations in ripeness upon delivery are natural  
- We recommend consuming or storing as per guidance provided
